- Tip #3 – Prepare for hard work
There is no such thing as an easy diet. You will lose weight if you want to, but you have to maintain the will power, especially at the times when you’re trying really hard, but don’t seem to be making any progress. (Here’s a mini-tip – don’t weight yourself every day – I recommend that you only check your weight once a week – daily changes are too small, and will make you lose motivation.)
